I’m sick of this self-loathing thing.

Can’t stand the way I feel about myself and my body image.

So, it’s time I did something about it.

Tomorrow’s a new day - so I’m going to workout for an hour and a half and eat right.

I can’t stand this any longer - it’s time to take back control of my body and start treating it right. I’m so ready. Bring it on. Just you wait to see the new me!
